Recruitment Events: Develop and organize events and campaigns designed to recruit new members and increase awareness of AITP. This includes brainstorming and executing activities that highlight the benefits of joining the organization and actively engaging potential members.
Promotional Strategies: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote AITP’s activities, events, and membership benefits. Utilize various channels, including social media, flyers, and campus announcements, to reach a broader audience and generate interest.
Apparel Design: Design and develop new apparel and merchandise for AITP, including shirts, hats, and other items that represent the organization. Work on creating appealing and branded clothing that fosters a sense of unity and pride among members.
Branding and Image: Maintain and enhance AITP’s public image through consistent branding and effective communication. Ensure that all promotional materials and events align with the organization’s values and objectives.
Activity Planning: Develop and organize engaging activities during meetings that encourage interaction and help members get to know each other better. This could include icebreakers, team-building exercises, and interactive discussions.
Social Events: Plan and execute social events, such as mixers, parties, and networking gatherings, to enhance member relationships and build a strong sense of community.
Field Trips and Outings: Coordinate and arrange field trips and excursions that provide educational and professional development opportunities while also offering a chance for members to socialize in a different setting.
Member Engagement Strategies: Identify and implement creative strategies to boost overall member participation and satisfaction. Gather feedback from members to continually refine and improve engagement activities.
Maintaining Financial Records: Accurately track and record all financial transactions, including funding, expenses, and dues, to ensure transparency and accountability.
Expense and Dues Management: Monitor and manage all organizational expenses and member dues, ensuring timely processing and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Financial Storage and Security: Explore and implement effective methods for securing and managing AITP’s funds, including evaluating and recommending improvements to current financial storage practices.
Fundraising Initiatives: Develop and execute creative fundraising strategies and events to generate additional revenue for AITP. Identify and pursue opportunities for financial support from sponsors, donors, and partners.
Website Management: Develop, maintain, update, and improve the AITP website to ensure it remains a dynamic and user-friendly resource for members. Implement new features and address any technical issues to enhance the website’s functionality and accessibility.
Technology Integration: Explore and implement innovative technology solutions that can benefit AITP. This includes evaluating and introducing new tools, platforms, and systems to improve organizational efficiency and member engagement.
Guest Speaker Coordination: Identify and facilitate opportunities to bring in Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and industry leaders to speak on topics related to artificial intelligence, information technology, and other relevant areas. Manage logistics and ensure a seamless experience for both speakers and attendees.
Tech-Driven Initiatives: Propose and develop tech-driven projects and initiatives that align with AITP’s goals. This includes brainstorming and executing ideas that leverage technology to advance the organization’s mission and enhance the member experience.
